How We Execute Our Mission

  • Workforce Development of marginalized populations for youth between 16-24, older adults, veterans, and individuals coming out of prison.

  • Housing initiatives

    • We rehab homes to help low income individuals become first time homeowners.

    • We repair homes in  partnership with the city of Birmingham’s Critical Repair program and we were one of the first managers of the program! We have repaired over 80 homes in the southwest portion of the city by providing new roofs, plumbing upgrades, install and servicing HVAC units, installing and repairing new flooring to allow individuals to bring their homes up to the current safety codes.

    • We are currently planning to build a new  sub-division of homes that won’t be limited to affordable housing so we can help attract new families to the Southwest area of Birmingham.

  • Our "Community Health Support" focuses on “Food is Medicine and Exercise is Medicine” We have partnered with the U.A.B. C.E.A.L program and the purpose is to develop healthier communities among minority communities that don’t typically receive adequate medical support.
